Shipping and delivery: The merchandise is shipped directly to the business depending on the size and the type of the item. For example, a mug can be delivered within 5 business days while t-shirt may take more than 5 business days or more than 30 days depending on the quantity ordered.

Payment: Payments for our services can be done via bank transfer. Minimum 50% upfront payment and remaining after delivery or 100% can be paid upfront.
